You've got questions. I've got answers.
I am not in network with any insurance and therefore I am self-pay only. Currently, insurance does not consider coaching a reimbursable service. I do offer sliding scale if it is available within my caseload.
If cost is a concern, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I'm happy to answer questions and explore options with you. My goal is to make services as accessible as possible while honoring my clinical experience with the time and energy this work requires.
15+ years of clinical work — not just credentials.
I didn't arrive at coaching from a training program. I came from 15+ years of sitting with people in clinical settings, building treatment teams, and learning — in real time — what actually moves recovery forward. That clinical background doesn't disappear when I'm coaching. It means I know the difference between a hard moment and a moment that needs more support than coaching can offer. And I will always tell you which one it is.
I know what it feels like from the inside.
I have ADHD. I know all too well the experience of understanding exactly what I should do and not being able to make myself do it. That experience is not incidental to this work. It is this work.
I bridge the clinical and the practical in a way most people can't.
If you have a treatment team, your team gives you the map. Coaching is how you actually navigate the terrain. I understand both sides of that equation since I have spent years on both sides of it. I can speak the clinical language if needed and I know how to translate it into real life.
I will not pretend I have it all figured out.
At the end of the day, we are all humans. I'm a working mom, a millennial, and a person who has lived through grief and burnout. I will show up as my authentic self and I hope you do too. I'd like to meet that person :)
This is such an important question. It is very important to me that you feel like it is the right fit. To help with that, I have a free 15-minute discovery call where we talk and you can get a vibe on if we would vibe :)
In short, a coach doesn’t replace your therapist. Instead, coaching helps with implementation of tools from therapy in your everyday life. Coaches offer accountability, encouragement, and a safe space to reflect without diving into trauma work or diagnosing. Please visit the coaching page for a more in-depth explanation.
Virtual only. In this phase of my career and life, I need the flexibility that virtual provides. I understand it is not everyone's preference and that is ok! You do you.
Virtual means meeting via video conferencing such as Google Meet or Zoom. I am also willing to meet over the phone too!
Kind words from some of the people I've had the honor to work with.
Working with Christina has been such a positive and encouraging experience. My perspective has changed dramatically for the better! Christina has a great rapport with her clients. Her care and dedication are evident at every appointment.
I've always felt safe to tell her about thoughts and actions that have made me feel ashamed in the past. Her non-judgmental approach has created a place where I have been able to open up and truly try to recover. She has helped me more than I can say. Through her compassion, problem-solving, recovery reminders, hand holding, and gentle pushing in the right direction, she and I have accomplished a lot together, and I'm not sure what my recovery would look like were it not for her care.
If you compare where I am now -- physically, mentally, spiritually -- to where I was when I started, it's kind of amazing. I'm happier, healthier and more present; I'm more capable of being honest with myself, knowing my limits and being comfortable in my own skin. How many women in our culture can even say that?
Christina has made me feel valued and important. With her encouragement, I am facing fears and starting to make changes I did not think were possible. Being vulnerable and allowing myself to feel emotions is a challenge for me, but I feel safe expressing them when I am working with Christina. Her professionalism combined with compassion is priceless.
