Supervision Philosophy:
We work through your cases, clinical questions, and the places where you're uncertain.
The goal isn't to hand you answers. It's to help you build clinical judgment, increase self-confidence, all while remaining humble and open to life-long learning.
I will provide further resources for guidance and learning.
I am not afraid to say "I don't know" if I don't know. I will do my best to help us both find the answer.
Discuss dynamics and the importance of working on a treatment team.
Discuss career-realted goals you may have.
Explore other areas of learning and skill building you may be interested in or could benefit from.
My treatment and supervision philosophy blends the following: social justice, non-diet approach, Intuitive Eating (when appropriate), Health at Every Size, and trauma-informed.

Registered dietitians who are actively pursuing CEDS certification through iaedp and want supervision that counts toward their hours and genuinely moves their practice forward.

Consultation is for clinicians of any discipline who want a thinking partner on specific cases or clinical questions. Maybe you have hard cases that deserve a second set of eyes.
I consult with dietitians and other clinicians in two areas:
Eating disorders
I have 15+ years of clinical work across a wide range of presentations, levels of care, and treatment contexts. If you have a case that's stuck, a clinical question you can't quite land on, or a situation where you want someone to think alongside you — that's what consultation is for.
The intersection of eating disorders and ADHD/neurodivergence.
This is where my work gets specific. I'm one of a small number of clinicians who can speak to this intersection from both a clinical and a lived experience lens. If you're working with clients where ADHD, executive functioning, or neurodivergence is tangled up in the eating disorder picture and you're not sure how to hold both at once, let's talk.
If you're a dietitian who is curious about working with the eating disorder population but haven't taken the leap yet, I'm happy to talk through what that path actually looks like. I can speak to the clinical realities, the preparation that matters, and whether it's a good fit for where you are.
If you're considering private practice — in eating disorders or otherwise — I can speak to that too. Not as a business consultant, but as someone who has built a private practice and is willing to be honest about what that takes.
